Return Policy

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, no problem. An order can be cancelled at any point before the goods are delivered to you. In line with the Consumer Contract (ICAC’S) Regulations you have a cooling off period where an item can be returned within 14 days following the day after you receive your item. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. 

Returns using your own method of delivery

If you elect for a refund of a Product returned by you because of a defect it will be refunded as per our refunds policy, including any delivery charges paid by you, up to our cheapest delivery method. 

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your purchases are faulty on arrival, we request that you inform us within 30 days of receipt if you wish to receive a full refund (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 days). Items should be made available for collection or returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. 

Faulty products, we are responsible for reimbursement of up to £8 for return shipping
Replacement units will be reshipped within 15 business days of receipt of returned product

About Warranty
We offer a 3 year warranty on all orders
The way of warranty is to repair or update the new unit
If a product is not in new stock or has been discontinued, we will either repair the product or replace it with a refurbished product that has been tested to work perfectly
RMA will reship within 15 working days
What is necessary to obtain the warranty
1. The appearance of the product is not damaged and there are no traces of collision
2. SN barcode and order number can be provided
3. Make sure that there is no damage during the return process. During your return to our warehouse, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is in good condition and cannot be damaged, otherwise we will refuse to guarantee the product with damaged appearance
